Welcome to Pawesia, where art and pets come together! My name is Andrea Alende, and I’m the artist behind this shop. I grew up in Miami, FL, and currently reside in NYC. I specialize in creating unique, hand-painted pet portraits that capture the personality, charm, and quirks of your furry, feathered, or scaly friends. With a formal education in drawing and painting, I aspire to blend realistic painting techniques with an impressionistic, whimsical feeling in all of my Pawesia works.

As both an artist and animal lover, I find joy in celebrating the bond between pets and their humans. Every portrait I create is a labor of love, inspired by the happiness our companions bring into our lives. My goal is to make each piece as special and one-of-a-kind as the pets we adore.

When I’m not painting, you can find me learning music for my next orchestra performance, writing fictional stories, or working on other creative projects. Pawesia is my way of combining my passion for art with my love for animals, and I’m so excited to share it with you.
